I have been working with the Internet for 10 years now. It is the easiest way to explain my career that has changed so much during the previous years due to the continuous changes with the Internet. I started as a programmer but challenged by a work environment passionate about the online market, I soon become a web programmer. I love to build a website right from the beginning, thinking about the marketing consequences, usability etc. At the beginning, it was all new: the tools, the web analytics, social networks, the techniques used for content optimization and web structure and… there are still frequent transformations as we are in constant beta.
SEO is a tough game with ever-changing rules; there are always new answers to old questions and old answers to new challenges. Training is an everyday task and you learn to live day and night with algorithm changes. It is quite similar to a detective job: chasing the next clue to improve, to achieve the set goals, traffic, conversions…
I cannot imagine my life without this constant pursuit, following the keywords around us to find the best solution. I do not work in SEO, I do SEO because I love it.
