I am the Human Resources manager at Internet Advantage and I enjoy discovering new talents and betting on their success within our company. I offer talented people the opportunity to be part of our team and I feel very proud when my kids grow professionally and when they accept new challenges.
They also help me; I get to learn a lot about Internet, social media and this entire world that was merely a dream in 1992 when I got my first job as an intern in Renault. Who would have thought back then that as well as human resources I was going to learn about domains, DNS, SEO and much more!
The world has changed significantly since the growth of the internet and I am happy to work at Internet Advantage with a young and energetic team that inspires me to keep my mind open, to keep learning and assume than change is a natural state.
