Managing Director
René de Jong founded don Quijote S.L. (Spanish language academies in Spain and Mexico) in 1986. He was Managing Director of said company until December 2005 when he decided to sell it to focus his efforts on Internet Advantage, his new company which he founded in 2004.

Laura K. Rose
Laura is cofounder and director of the Cultural Exchange Centre with offices in Chicago and Madrid. She was born in Colorado and during her university years she decided to travel and ski, something which taught her to appreciate the magnificence of the Rocky Mountains.

Thomas Meier
Upon finishing his Master's in Business Management at the University of Münster, Thomas Meier founded the language travel agency La Movida in 1991 which specialised in Spanish courses. In 1995 he founded the language travel agency Carpe Diem which later acquired Actilingua and Vienna Integration.

Stefan Engström
After finishing a Master's in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, Stefan Engström worked for 2 years in logistics for the oil company Esso and then went on to work for 5 years as Head of Marketing at Salén, the leading Swedish shipping company, where he was responsible for contracts for the refrigerated transportation of citrus, deciduous and tropical fruits.
